Zenshin Karate will be holding a new class based on "Streetwise Defence" starting Saturday November 6th. This class is held once a month on the first saturday of the month and is open to all its Senior Students and their friends and family members.

This class is for both Male and Female students and includes weapon defences, grabs, locks, chokes, specific female defences, instruction on how to use your environment, attacks from behind and multiple attackers as well as being able to fight off someone while your on the ground.

The class can be attended each month by paying £8 on the door. But if it is a regular class that you would like to attend then download a Direct Debit Amendment form from this site (Downloads Section) and we can add £5 a month to your current fee. That way you attend all the classes and save £3 each class! The first class will be free for non-members.

The class will run from 10.15am to 12.15pm and will be held at Ikon in Wolverhampton.
